Pelajar adalah meliputi pelajar yang mengikuti pengajian di IPT di dalam dan luar negara dimana bidang pengajian yang diiktiraf oleh Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA).<\/p>\n

Tempoh latihan industri tertakluk kepada tempoh yang ditetapkan oleh IPT.<\/p>\n

Permohonan perlu dikemukakan selewat-lewatnya satu (1) bulan sebelum tarikh menjalani latihan industri bermula.<\/p>\n

        Penempatan pelajar ke Jabatan Pembangunan Perindustrian dan Penyelidikan Negeri Sabah yang sesuai akan dilakukan oleh Bahagian Pentadbiran dan Kewangan.<\/p>\n

        Pelajar tidak boleh diambil untuk mengisi jawatan kosong, jawatan kenaikan pangkat atau untuk melaksanakan tugas pegawai tetap.<\/p>\n

        Waktu latihan amali pelajar adalah menyamai waktu bekerja pegawai awam.<\/p>\n

        Pelajar tidak layak mendapat apa-apa elaun lain, kemudahan cuti, rawatan perubatan dan kemudahan lain yang layak diterima oleh pegawai awam.<\/p>\n

        Pelajar boleh dibenarkan bercuti bergantung kepada syarat & kebenaran pihak IPTA\/IPTS dan potongan elaun berdasarkan jumlah hari pelajar berkenaan bercuti\/tidak hadir.<\/p>\n

        Pelajar akan diberikan kemudahan pembayaran elaun seperti yang termaktub di dalam surat edaran JPAN dengan rujukan JPAN: 700-4\/1 Jld 6 (28) bertarikh 17 Disember 2020.<\/p>\n

        Kadar pembayaran elaun telah ditetapkan oleh jabatan ini, tidak termasuk cuti hujung minggu dan cuti am, tertakluk kepada kedudukan kewangan semasa jabatan.<\/p>\n
